Wellness Classes
Who can attend classes?
Our wellness center classes are designed to be welcoming and accessible to a wide range of participants. While some offerings may be more physically active than others, instructors provide options whenever possible to support varying levels of experience. Individual class descriptions indicate the recommended experience level and any special considerations.
Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. Many participants are completely new to yoga, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, and other wellness practices. Whether attending a first class or maintaining a long-established practice, all are welcome.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement is recommended. Yoga mats and props are available for most classes, though guests are welcome to bring personal equipment if preferred. A water bottle is also encouraged.
How early should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before class begins. This allows time to check in, settle into the space, and begin the experience without feeling rushed. Out of respect for participants and instructors, late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started.
What if I need to cancel?
Advance cancellation is appreciated whenever possible. Should circumstances prevent attendance, any paid session will be credited back to the account and remain available for a future class or wellness offering.
Are classes included with membership?
All regularly scheduled wellness classes are included as part of our Wellness Membership. In addition, members enjoy $20 off massages, a $15% discount on facials, a 15% discount on retail and a 10% discount on Eminence skincare products. Specialty workshops, guest experiences, and certain premium offerings may require separate registration.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Expect a warm welcome, a peaceful environment, and an opportunity to move, rest, learn, connect, or simply be. Our wellness offerings are intentionally designed to support personal well-being rather than performance or competition. Participants are encouraged to honor individual needs and engage at a pace that feels appropriate.
Do I need to participate in every aspect of class?
No. Every wellness practice is an invitation rather than an obligation. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, modify as needed, rest when necessary, and engage only in ways that feel supportive and appropriate.
Can I attend if I have an injury or medical condition?
Please consult a healthcare provider if there are concerns about participating in physical activity. Be sure to inform the instructor of any injuries, limitations, or relevant conditions before class begins so appropriate modifications can be offered when possible.
Are wellness classes suitable during pregnancy?
Some classes may be appropriate while others may not. Anyone who is pregnant should consult a healthcare provider and notify the instructor prior to participation so suitable options can be discussed.
Are phones allowed during class?
To preserve a peaceful and distraction-free environment, phones should be silenced and stored in the cubbies outside the studio before class begins.
What if I'm not flexible?
Flexibility is not a prerequisite for participation. Wellness practices meet participants exactly where they are. Consistency, curiosity, and presence matter far more than flexibility or fitness level.
